The ask
Every Pride Month, brands of all sizes stand up to support The Trevor Project, a non-profit organization raising awareness and funding to end suicide among LGBTQ+ young people. To make the most of these important partnerships, the organization turned to We Are Rosie for two consecutive years to cast specialized marketers with just the right mix of skills to integrate into the Corporate Development team and onboard to the Trevor brand quickly and seamlessly.
The challenge
In order to truly ensure this campaign would go off flawlessly, we needed to:
- Cast perfect-fit marketers who possess digital know-how, along with client and project management skills.
- Find Rosies who get the non-profit culture and are genuinely passionate about The Trevor Project’s mission to end suicide among LGBTQ+ youth.
- Do it all in weeks, not months—becausing timing and budget won’t wait for the perfect conditions.
The plan
Finding the right marketers for The Trevor Project’s biggest campaign of the year? It wasn’t about who happened to be available—it was about casting exactly the right experts to meet the moment. We matched Rosies to each role using our 4Ps framework (pedigree, potential, passion, and play), turning expertise into impact for the Trevor Project’s team and mission.
