Hi! We’re celebrating in style today at We Are Rosie—literally, our brand-new style.

And you know what? It feels good.

We’ve spent eight years pushing boundaries and our industry forward. We’ve earned a seat at the table with some of the biggest brands in the world. And, well, it was just time for our own brand to reflect the creativity and sky-high standards that got us there.

Before I dig into the why and what next of it all, let’s talk about the process and the people behind it. Because when you see the work, you're going to think,How in the world did a marketing team of four do this?” This being an entirely new look, updated messaging, website, the works—in just 10 months.

Well, spoiler alert: It was very Rosie.

How we did it

When we kicked off our project at the end of 2024, I was pretty stoked to do my best impression of a WRR client. I handed our talent team a project brief, sat back, and let them work their magic—er, hard-earned chops from decades in the industry.

Even though I had watched them from the sidelines every day, they wowed me with the talent they cast for my brief. Rosies who could balance the tough stuff of being a tiny team without losing sight of our big goals. Innovators who would stretch us in new directions, because that’s what they do. And most importantly, a group of all-star humans and collab champions who brought out the best in each other and in our team.

Our cast & crew

So let’s meet these Rosies, shall we?

Travis, the high-energy brand strategist with a background in media and publishing, who challenged us to think beyond playbooks and lead with big ideas

Kim, the art director who’s built bold visuals for several challenger brands and knows how small marketing teams operate (everyone wears three hats, minimum)

Roberto, the former corporate comms executive aka messaging mastermind who excels at bringing structure and consistency to moments of change

Taneisha, the copywriter who knows our audience like the back of her hand and brilliantly balances best-practices (UX, SEO, GEO, All The Things) with personality-infused copy

Anna Kate, a master of voice and copy development who’s lent her talents to some of the biggest, boldest brands in the world and crafted our new tagline…

About the new We Are Rosie

New look, yes.

Different heart? Nah.

We’re still here to lead a revolution for marketers who deserve better, championing the people behind the work and matching brilliant talent with ambitious brands every single day.

Our new tagline and brand identity are grounded in the fact that we’re human-first and highly collaborative.

Like a digital jam session come to life, our branding is full of detours, happy accidents, and big ideas. It’s about the process, the collaboration, the creativity, and the people—all the things that we absolutely love about this always-changing, often challenging industry.

So what’s next for We Are Rosie and our new brand? You’ll start to see it come to life across our channels, with a couple of exciting activations on the horizon.

Until then, if you’ve got a brand refresh on your 2026 plan, call my teammates, will you? Now that I’ve officially been a WRR client myself, I can confidently say that you’ll be happy you did.
