how it works

First, you sign up to become a Rosie and join us in the Garden.

Then, our team works with brands and agencies to curate mission-focused teams from the We Are Rosie community of talent. That’s you!

Our projects most often range from 20-40 hours per week and can be anything from rebranding a company to testing new SEM strategies to writing content for a YouTube channel for one of the biggest brands in the world. It all depends.

Once we have a project that matches your skillset, an account manager will contact you to see if you’re interested and available. This part sometimes takes a bit of time, but be patient! We are thrilled you’ve joined our ranks, and we are diligently looking for new ways and opportunities to place our Rosies.

Know a brand who could use marketing expertise, on-demand, from We Are Rosie? Send them our way. If they become a client, we’ll give you a kickback once we complete their first project.
