Client Director (Evergreen Role)


We’re growing! We Are Rosie is always looking for fantastic, talented Client Directors to add to our team.

  • Compensation: $125,000 salary + quarterly bonus (based on revenue targets and performance goals)

The Position

As a Client Director, reporting to the Head of Sales, you will help us continue We Are Rosie’s incredible growth and establish us as the premier partner for the world’s leading companies, helping them build amazing teams with elite talent. Leveraging your past success selling marketing and talent solutions to large, Enterprise-level accounts, you will build deep relationships within F500 clients to develop innovative solutions through expert, flexible talent.

You will focus on creating mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients that establish We Are Rosie as a trusted talent & strategic marketing partner. You will help the world’s best companies change the way they build teams, get work done, and leverage the power of a blended workforce by selling We Are Rosie’s mission and value proposition. You will work in a distributed company and define an entirely new space helping the world’s best talent find the perfect opportunity, while also helping leading organizations find the best talent more effectively and efficiently.



  • Identify new relationships within existing client organizations and establish effective sales processes to close new business opportunities.
  • Maintain superb relationships with existing clients, gain an understanding of their business needs and offer and sell in talent solutions to help solve their stickiest problems.
  • Show a knowledge for how marketing work gets done within a Fortune 500 brand and offer talent solves – whether an independent consultant, deliverables based team, embedded in-house department or an executive to conduct an audit – to address strategic goals.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Create and utilize a clear and concise sales pitch that articulates We Are Rosie’s model, value proposition, and how we can help our clients.
  • Scope out work quickly and effectively for each new project while being thoughtful, strategic and nimble.
  • Deliver in-depth client insights to clients and the We Are Rosie team.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with all teams to deliver incredible talent and delight clients.



  • Prior experience developing long-standing relationships with top decision-makers at C-levels across marketing and/or talent teams.
  • Prior sales experience. (B2B is a plus!)
  • Prefer candidates with a long stint in business development within a Fortune 500 brand. 
  • Fluent across all subject areas of marketing. 
  • Must understand the inner workings of an in-house Fortune 500 marketing team.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team.
  • A track record of quota-exceeding success building a portfolio of business consisting primarily of large, Enterprise-level accounts. 
  • Ideal candidates have demonstrated success establishing and growing client relationships, and have been responsible for establishing and growing a book of business in a services model.
  • A passion for articulating We Are Rosie’s model, mission, and unique value proposition for our clients. 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment. The speed at which we work cannot be overstated.
  • While moving quickly, you maintain focus on detail, thoughtful communication, and working as a team.

What’s The Interview Process?

The interview process for candidates will involve meeting with core team members via video conference. We like to ask behavioral and situational questions that are aligned with the job requirements and our core values. The team will give you a look at the ideal day and what success looks like for the role. PS: We love questions!
