Client Coordinator

We’re hiring a Client Coordinator!

Salary: $45,000 per year with bonus 

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the United States.

Job Descriptions:

As a Client Coordinator reporting to the Client Partner at We Are Rosie, you will help us continue We Are Rosie’s incredible growth (100% YOY) and partner with the world’s leading companies, helping them build amazing teams with elite talent. Your goal is to assist the Client Experience team and ensure all client needs are addressed and that all processes are executed flawlessly. You will learn processes, account management best practices, and better understand how we work with clients. Ideal candidates will have one to two years of experience in a sales, administrative or marketing background.


  • Schedule interviews
  • Enter projects into CRM system based on the requests that Client Partners develop
  • Review contract end dates to ensure we reach out for extensions in a timely manner
  • Gather and submit statement of work information for client contracts
  • Send Client Experience reports to clients
  • Answer incoming inquiries from inbound prospects
  • Pitch deck / PowerPoint presentation development
  • Manage day-to-day client needs 
  • Help gather details for case studies
  • Assist with the transition of Client Experience data into SalesForce
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Enterprise Partnerships and Talent teams to deliver incredible talent and delight Clients



  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Superb communication and project management skills
  • You know the basics of setting up Zoom calls and calendar management
  • Ability to clearly articulate We Are Rosie’s model, our value proposition, and how we can help our clients
  • You excel in a fast paced environment and are flexible with change

The Career Progression: 

  • Client Coordinator: Assist Client Experience team and ensure all processes are executed flawlessly.  Learn processes, account management best practices and how we work with clients.
  • Client Account Manager: Become client facing and help manage “house accounts” to ensure all client needs are met while providing coverage for incoming inquiries from prospects. Learn more about the strategic management of client partnerships. 
  • Client Partner: Manage a portfolio of clients to provide expert client partnership and strategic guidance on all of their marketing needs.
