Title: Account Executive, Inside Sales

  • Salary: Base salary $70,000 -$80,000 + quarterly bonus (based on revenue targets and performance goals)*

For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. The Position

This inside sales position is for an energetic, passionate self-starter who has a drive to win and is capable of managing heavy inbound/outbound leads with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to achieve sales and Rosie utilization goals.



  • Sell how the Future of Work and the Rosie model will be more effective, efficient, and inclusive to clients.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Develop and present persuasive, consultative presentations that clearly articulate We Are Rosie’s model, value proposition, and talent solutions.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Discover clients’ needs and tailor We Are Rosie solutions based on their challenges and objectives.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
  • Maintain salesforce hygiene and accuracy.
  • Knows the numbers in, out, and sideways for your book of business – forecasting 3-6 months, identifying gaps and trends, ability to pull levers to increase margin and volume.
  • Realize revenue across account portfolio.
    • Track and analyze utilization.
    • Build and maintain revenue & realization trackers.
    • Contract renewals.
  • Adopt a growth mindset to improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, anticipate any challenges, and work with peers to determine strategies to overcome possible shortfalls.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with all internal teams (Talent, Operations, Marketing) to deliver incredible talent and delight Clients.
  • Act as a talent agent on behalf of the Rosie community and play a leading role in sourcing and matching Rosies to job opportunities.
    • Actively manage relationships with Rosies placed on projects.



  • 3-4 years of sales and account management experience required.
  • A strategic closer who has proven sales experience and a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions.
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Prioritizes and organized workload to meet all deadlines.
  • Possesses good judgment and attention to detail.

What’s The Interview Process?

The interview process for candidates will involve meeting with core team members via video conference. We like to ask behavioral and situational questions that are aligned with the job requirements and our core values.
